Its complete at level 41 and allows shamans to dual wield, which is more fun than it is effective early on. It also gives the shaman Stormstrike, which is a key enhancement ability. I almost exclusively pvp on this toon. His gear is decent for battlegrounds and starter arena matches. He’s one piece shy of having a full mix of epic pvp gear — I just need a 1550 rating. His talent spec is about 90% of a typical enhancement/restoration pvp build with one small twist that allows me to break the monotony of the battlegrounds.
