A World of Warcraft blog all about shaman

About

… The Blog

This is a World of Warcraft blog dedicated to the shaman class. My goal is to post useful and unique content – not just news. If you have a question or need some help please contact me via email, twitter, or my contact page.

… The Class

I have a Draenai shaman named Kieron on the Malygos server. I played him a lot in BC especially in the battlegrounds and arenas. Lately he’s been collecting dust as my guild was in need of a healer (this was before dual talent specs) and I didn’t want to give up enhancement. I ended up leveling a druid name Moonkeeper up to 80 and have her fully geared out for 10-man raiding. Now that she’s all geared up, I plan on picking up my shaman and taking him as far as I can in both the raiding and pvp scenes.

… The Game

I’ve played World of Warcraft since it was in beta.  I stared off with a Night Elf Rogue that I leveled to 30 then switched to a Human mage.  I played the mage all the way to level 60 and begin raiding with him.  I completed my Tier 1 and Tier 2 raiding sets and even collected some AQ40 gear.  I’ve also been through about 1/3 of the old Naxxramas bosses.

Once the Burning Cruisade expansion went live, I left my mage at 60, switched to a Draenai shaman and never looked back.  I enjoy the challange and dynamic game play of the shaman class; its definietly my class of choice.

My latest gaming has been raiding 10-man Naxx and Ulduar with a resto Druid.  I originally leveled her up to be used in arenas, but then a group of friends and I got gother and started raiding Naxx.  We officially have Kel’Thuzad on “farm mode” and are working on Udluar.
